Please note: Some of these forms require authorisation from the relevant School prior to lodgement with Student Administration.

Research & Graduate Studies Students

Please note that all students enrolled in a Masters by Research, Doctor of Philosophy or a Professional Doctorate must submit the approved forms to the Research & Graduate Studies Office - F Building Ground Floor.

Students applying for Leave from Studies must also attach the Miscellaneous Request form with the appropriate signatures to request leave. HE Schools are not permitted to approve Leave from Studies for Research & Graduate Studies students.
