Adding or Deleting
Module/s
Students who wish to add or delete module/s
of study are required to complete an 'Enrolment Variation and Withdrawal Form (A06-2)' available from Student Administration or the relevant School. The form must be signed by the relevant Course Co-ordinator, Program Manager or Head of School authorising the change to the enrolment prior to lodging the form with Student Administration.
Students who wish to make a complete course withdrawal must also complete this form.
