An Academic Transcript is a record of a student's results for the duration of the student's enrolment at the University.

Academic Transcripts are available from Student Administration by submitting the completed Request for Statement of Results. The form is also available from Student Administration or it can be faxed, mailed or emailed to you. Please provide details of your name, address, ID number (if known), course and date of completion (if appropriate).

The administration charges for Academic Transcripts are:

• A service fee of $25.00 applies to the Statements of Results which require manual preparation.

• A service fee of $10.00 applies to the issue of all Statements of Results subsequent to the initial Statement.

• An additional service fee of $5.00 applied where the Statement is despatched via facsimile machine.

Payment can be made directly to Student Administration or by completion of the credit card details on the request form. Academic Transcripts will not be made available for collection until payment has been completed.
