TAFE Information Guide

Student Administration assists students, staff and external agencies with information about enrolments, student records, payment of fees and charges by instalments, graduations, scholarships, records management and outgoing mail services.

Ararat Campus

Student Administration is located in the front foyer of the Ararat Campus, Laby Street, Ararat. Office hours are from 8.45am to 4.15pm Monday to Friday, and is closed for lunch between 12.30pm to 1.30pm. The Ararat Campus switchboard operates from Student Administration and is open during office hours.

Horsham Campus

Student Administration is located in the front foyer on the ground floor of Building 'C', at the Horsham Campus, Baillie Street, Horsham. Office hours are from 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. The Horsham Campus switchboard operates from Student Administration and is open during office hours.

SMB Campus

Student Administration is located in the Student Centre on the ground floor of Building 'D' (Old Gaol) at the SMB Campus, Lydiard Street South, Ballarat. Office hours are from 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday and Thursday, and 8.30am to 4.00pm Friday. The SMB Campus switchboard operates from Student Administration and is open from 8.30am to 5.00pm daily

Stawell Campus

Student Administration is located in the front foyer of the Stawell Campus, Sloan Street, Stawell. Office hours are from 9.00am to 4.45pm Monday to Friday, and 9.00am to 4.45pm during term holidays. The Stawell Campus switchboard operates from Student Administration and is open during office hours.
