Performance Management (PRDP)

The Performance Review & Development Program is the University's formal process of Performance Management of staff. Performance Management is about aligning individual and professional goals with the operational and strategic objectives of the University and a means of generating feedback on progress and achievements for individuals and for the organization.

The process will usually occur over a planning year, with an active informal involvement by supervisors and staff members during that period, and culminating in a more formal review of progress in anticipation of the next planning period.
