Employee Assistance Program (EAP)IntroductionAs part of the University of Ballarat's continuing commitment to the health and wellbeing of its staff members, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is available to assist with work-related or personal issues. The EAP is available to all staff members of the University as well as their immediate family. The service is free*, independent and strictly confidential.
