UB Associate membership

The UB Associates scheme provides access via login to UB electronic resources for persons associated with the University, though not directly employed by the University.

It will enable you, for the term of your engagement with your Partner Provider, to access:

• University of Ballarat email
• Library databases and electronic resources - eBooks, eJournals, and journal article databases
• other UB applications as needed.

To apply for access contact the administration at your teaching location or your UB school contact.

IT Help

To change or reset your password if locked or expired contact the University of Ballarat IT Service Desk. Email the Service Desk or phone the Service Desk on +61 3 5327 9999.

eReserve

Academic staff can request high demand course material to be placed on electronic closed reserve for students to access. Material that can be placed on e-reserve includes digitized journal articles and extracts of books and lecture/tutorial notes. Items for eReserve can be submitted online via the submission form.
