The Service Desk is the first point of contact for all Technology related enquiries at UB.
The Service Desk provides information and assistance as well as a referral and fault
logging service for more complex and time consuming desktop and network problems.
You can contact the Service Desk by telephone, email or in person at the Mt Helen Library
Information Desk. You can also log, view and update your myIT@UB requests through
QWeb.
QWeb can also be accessed from the Help section in myUB Gateway.
Limited IT assistance and referral service is also available at SMB and
Horsham Library Information Desks.
